The way best to retain a good employee in an organization is to first of all place him at the right place, if he is placed at the right place i.e he ishrough doing what his skills  are he will not get tired of his work and he will do good job. 

By his good work the company will get good rewards and for this reward the employees should be given credit by appraising him and awarding him through bonus, incentives and other non- monetary benefits.

His superior should communicate with him on the regular basis to know is that person having any issues in the organization. That issue should be solved so that the employee will feel that my issues matter to the company.

There should be stress relieving activities in the company like team outings, team lunch, b'day celeberation. 

These are some of the ways through which we can let the employess feel that you are an important asset for the organization and this will let good employess retain in the organization
