Conclusion: , Then, to the construction projects, as do many of the events in our developing countries suffer from the lag for many reasons. And can highlight the common factor between studies and is the weakness of the initial study of the technical and financial standpoints, economic, and that is due to the ambiguity is evident in the goals for many of the construction projects.
