Coaching close the experience gap - where an employee has, for example, the appropriate qualifiactions and knowledge, but lack the experience, coaching can be a very useful intervention where the coach, through his or her experience, can assist the employee to "connect the dots". The coach can then also guide the employee to make better decisions, understand the various solutions to each scenario and effectively "fast track" his or her own development and experience in order to eventually function on a higher level.

Each business group lacks something to improve its performance (customer communication, impact, tact, product follow-up, target achievement etc.). Keep all the groups in need and train them on the best, knowing that all groups make profit but with training they can increase profit. Caoching should not be for employees who are not performing, however coaching is effective when it is for leadership of the company because it enables them to be effective. When the leader is effective and productive, it is easier for the subordinates to learn from them and be productive as well.
