Seeking more stability and wishing to start an entrepreneurship through a sustainable business after almost two decades of the hard work in the private sector. At this stage, I do not have a clear vision or specific trend or industry. Please advise me.
First and foremost before starting any business we need to prepare a business plan.
The main pillars in my opinion are:
1. The business idea/model and how you're going to achieve that
2. Your target market
3. Finance/capital and ways to arrange that
4. Sponsorship and other legal formalities that would enable you to operate as a business entity.
5. Location (shop, office, on line store)
6. marketing strategy: How are you going to make people aware of your product/service
