As a hotel manager, the cost is increasing, but room rates remain constant because of the high competition. In such a case, what must be done?

- Increase the value you offer to the customer

- Reduce your costs, ideally through greater efficiency

- Increase your upselling

- Improve customer service and soclal media / rating activities

I believe any Hotel Manager should consider the following points while keeping your eye on hotel services     

Cutting down unnecessary expensive items 

Review your manning needs Vs. hotel occupancy

Review rooms amenities  / suppliers consumption 

energy saving it may reduce your consumption

subdivide the work among your staff by giving multitasks work to each one.
