I used to alternate walking, running and jogging while on the treadmill.
And to pass time, I am doing Self reflection. I am reminiscing both happy and sad memories. And I'm remembering the lessons that I have learned in those memories.
Thus while I m releasing body toxins by sweating, I'm also releasing negative energy by deciding to let go and be free from these things, by realizing that those made me who I am today.
If I'll be on the tread mill i'll not do time pass but utilize my time in real work out on tread mill.
I like to listen to music that motivates and encourages me, or watch music videos. For me, treadmill work is tedious, so the more my mind can be preoccupied with something upbeat, the faster it goes.
firstly i can see my goals and think what i want to be after 6 weeks more and more i should think about my target then i can help my self with music or quran and let my mind go to positive things that i achive to it in my life >>mybe talking to my self nd say i can do it more and more
