Dear Samar, Thank you for the invitation

There are a number of recorded lectures by Dr. Tariq Sweden; particularly concerned about the object of change, greatly influenced my life before nearly fifteen years.

The book "Seven Habits"

The book "The Secret"

A number of memorandums of great people, politics celebrities, activists and others.

But I go back and confirm that real change comes from inside you. And if you cannot take the personal decision for change, no one and no book can help you for that.

I hope that I have answered and useful

It depends on each individual. There's no such thing as one life-changing book for everyone. Each person has different life experiences.

The Quran, Injeel (Bible) Story of a Real Human (old Soviet book about a downed pilot in World War 2) and Rogue Warrior by Dick Marcinko

It is hard to call a book a"life-changing book" but I can say that a book like "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho is very close to this description.

It touches the soul and energizes our dreams.

Hi! If going into the direction of becoming a better individual not only in the corporate environment but also in general, one the books I recommend is Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". This one is timeless and really comprehensive. I suggest procuring an audio book as life-changing principles are better "absorbed" when heard.
