Is it important to know the nature of the business?
Is it also important we qualify the customer on the other product scale on the first call?
It is extremely important that the lead is qualified before meeting the client because out of hundred leads, hardly five or six may end up in real prospects. Visiting all the leads will result is acute loss of energy and time. Hence, it is wiser to sharpen the axe for 80% of the time and then hit a few blows to cut the tree!
I think it is more important to meet customer first for the deep dive to know his demands and requirements.
