"First things first"; a simple gratitude of (Thank you so much Sir/Madam) passionately & sincerely poured out to a customer is very important & means alot to them. Customers want to thanked/ appreciated, shown "love" & to feel a sense of belonging- feeling that they are part of you. However; there are other things like offering technical assistance, free installation, humbly & politely showing them out of the premises. Thanx for the invitation
