Yes, it`s true. And it`s well documented in several studies. The reason dieting is so much more effective than exercise is because it takes a lot of physical activities to create a 500 to 700 calorie deficit through working out. In this case, you would need to run 7 to 10 miles a day to lose one pound a week. It all comes down to the fact that it’s much easier to cut out a few hundred calories from your diet than burn a few hundred calories through exercise.

To maintain an ideal weight should be 80% of a healthy diet and 20% calisthenics, which follow the sport system alone without a healthy diet properly do not succeed, when you play sports is natural to feel hungry, but be careful not to eat some meals, such as pastries and sweets because the body will absorb an expeditious manner, leading to the lack of weight loss, but the correct way is to eat healthy is eating dishes such as fruit and vegetables and certain amount after completion of the exercise.

Yes that's true. You don't need to hit an exact 80/20 ratio to shed pounds, but it is important for people to focus primarily on diet when they're trying to lose weight. You can lose weight without exercise, but you cannot lose weight if your nutrition counteracts your energy expenditure through exercise!

No its not, but you should maintain your diet,, maintain your routine and exercising daily on proper time and  in proper  way.

Naturally, this is true. It is strange that many people still refuse to believe that nutrition is the key to quality weight loss. By the way, when I'm stressed, I start to eat a lot, and, of course, this is reflected in my weight. Therefore, if I feel that there is too much stress, then I start taking Delta 8 THC to reduce my stress level and not to gain the weight.

I believe it's the opposite because exercise is the main factor in diet not meals and types of it .

YES THIS IS RIGHT BECAUSE BY DOING WORKOUT WE BREAK DOWN THE MUSCLES AND WITH PROPER DIET AND NUTRITION WE BUILD MUSCLE AND CUT DOWN THE FAT. AFTER WORKOUT WHEN WE BREAKDOWN THE MUSCLE THEN OUR BODY USE FATTY ACID TO REPAIR THE MUSCLE AND YES DIET IS THE MOST IMP THING.

“I see this in client  all the time,” says Lofton. “People think, ‘If I run the marathon or start going to boot camp, I’m going to lose weight’ but they’re often disappointed when they don’t.”

You don't need to hit an exact 80/20 ratio to shed pounds, but it is important for people to focus primarily on diet when they're trying to lose weight. "You can lose weight without exercise, but you cannot lose weight if your nutrition counteracts your energy expenditure through exercise," Matheny says.
