the role of administration is important in international organizations , the depart take care of all services to the management , it is the department which is concerned in employees services like accommodation, travel , , communication devices , and records ,visitors receiving , transportation for company activities, water and electric supply payments , kitchens and food supplies to employees or the hospitality of the company , this department is a higher scale is supervised by the operation manager to give it some independence , in a lower scale it is supervised by human resources management
Administration department plays important roles by linking between the various departments of an organization or firm and ensures smooth information flow from part to another.

First of all, thanks for your invitation. I think that the efficient administration is principle for any success in the organization. It is very important to keep everything running properly and available a healthy environment for the working. Tasks of the Administration has to be focused to administer the following :
1- Organization Company Correspondence and contacts internally and externally
2- Arrangement all Technical and Commercial meetings between Head Management & Departments concerned
3- Preparation the Training courses and Seminars for all staff of the organization
4- Monitoring all logistic activities and transportation for the Company Departments. particularly Sales & Projects Departments
5- Arrange and facilitate the financial procedure for other Departments in respect of the Tenders, Contracts & Projects Execution and pursing all outstanding payments
6- Preparation and arrangement of the evaluation documentation for all staff to be achieved annually as planned
