Where does the Qatari Advertising Market stand regarding business development?

are all pitches for big clients pre-decided? why locals are not appreciated as multinationals even when giving same quality of product if not better?

Qatar has been able to position itself, and some ogf its own persons and institutions, as its brand ambassadors. I have been watching Qatar as a country with an enlightened leadership, its eyes and ears tuned to the future and its leaders like the Sheikha off Qatar and  the young ruler poised to rise out of the GCC "cocoon" and create impact in other places. Football in2020, rise of Qatari Airways as a five-star airline .......are all indicators mmarking Qatar as a country that would have billions of USD as adspend in the next couple of years. Qatar is actually "Quiet, Avant-garrde, Targeted, Available and Ready." QATAR!

among advertisement which is done in Qatar is very poor as compared to other country , now a day company r spending money on advertisement but is very poor as compared to other.
last Friday i went out in a car with my friends and we were just noticing the advertisement done on road for business development there were hardly any advertising done and people who don't subscribe through TV or newspaper or other medium are not aware of the business in Qatar.
so outside advertising should be done in Qatar ti increase there business and to create awareness
