Enjoy each and every second of the call and pick up the call with the attitude and aim of closing the deal. Use your communication skills to involve the caller in conversation with you and try to influence his decision and force him for more sales. At times one gets bore while dealing dozens of calls, talk to your colleague for a minute or two as experts say that talking to people you like makes you feel relax and stress free.   

Honestly its the employer's job to create tasks and rewards for the employees so that you can have goals and thus your job becomes less boring. If the employer fails to do so then it is very normal for the employees to get bored as ypu have nothing set in front of you to accomplish and recieve a reward.
