In  a highly pressurised global environment, team building  and team motivation activity is very essential and  may be conducted  twice in a year based on availability of team members.

Yes, every 6 months or at least once a year to get the team motivated and have good understanding of your previous achievement and new goals.

Yes, it is. But we can fix them with time bars. It is on going and continuous process. It is team leader's responsibility to maintain team's momentum all the time to take up not only day to day matter but if any sudden challenges arise too!

Specific Period of time has not considered as principle at all times for all Departments but the Team Building, Team Motivation Seminars need to be conducted from time to time to create the active work-team capable to achieve the Business Plans set.

Training includes all activities designed to improve the capacity of the project team members. Training may be formal or informal. Examples of methods of training exercises in the classroom and via the Internet and computer-based training and carrying out his duties from another member of the project team, guidance and direction. If impaired members of the project team management skills or technical necessary, they can develop these skills as part of the project work. Scheduled drills are conducted as stated in the Human Resources Management Plan.
