Appreciating for your invitation. There are a lot of characteristics and features which have to be available to build a successful work team. Some of them illustrated from our colleagues answers. I would like to confirm some of the Major Qualities as :

2- Respect other points of views and high capability in the dialogue
3- Good qualification in their specialties and experiences
4- High Communication Skills
5- Understanding each other and abilities in the roles exchange
6- Encountering the problems and crisis and finding relevant solutions
Yes I agree! I believe that team work is natural way to work. If we go through around then will see that Allah has established a team work environment where things are interconnected with each other even if you see your own human body! Smooth team work require interconnection with each other, every one should be explained well about his/her role with objectives and time bars. Its team leader's responsibility to see individual's lapses and overcomes. No one is totally perfect therefore, its team leader's skill to utilize the qualities to take up objectives successfully.
