Thanks for your invitation. I would like to tell you about a time when I have had it since 20 years ago. when I started my work with ABB Group as a Projects & Sales Engineer. I had organized a Seminar to our customers about the High Voltage GIS Substations. The attendance was high ranking level from the customer. I have prepared and arranged that important event with some ABB Specialists in the GIS Substations.
I had stood front of the Audience first once in my life. It was very critical time and situation with a lot of the people listening to an important technical presentation. I started my Presentation with good introduction about ABB Management Structure and a rough idea concerning the local organization.
I had presented some slides about High Voltage GIS Substations with description of the technical characteristics of the Switchgear components, Protection relays & Control System Installed.
After completion my role, I had a lot of technical questions from the Audience to be clarified. I have used a special manner to deal with normal questions and very critical questions as :
- My answers started to clear-up the questions as per the priority to answer normal questions firstly.
- Other answers started later with treatment politely with customers and other Audience to give convinced answers as soon as I can.
- Mark some critical questions and explain to Audience to give them detailed answers later through their E-Mails.
It was very important event in my career life which make me has a good experience in the technical presentations organization.
I have an experience of organizing an HP event in Four Season In Riyadh, It was a big event with almost 100 guests. The major concern which i faced was the when the event started. our event was supposed to start at 6 pm. Initially only around 50 guests came and this delayed our inauguration because we had to wait for another 50 come. The best way to solve any issue during an event to preplan your things. In order to solve this particular issue for the future events, we always have a prize, like an HP laptop, for the person who comes first and interestingly, it was hugely successful. People started coming on time. So the best way is to plan and organize for any types of issues you can think of.
Buildings construction project
The project study and action plan filled in order to provide workers and equipment working and building materials
Make cash
Sequence of events
Technical follow-up of the project
A workshop project
To achieve the speed of delivery of the project
I did coordinate a few events regarding informational presentations that was lengthy and tough. It is always good to keep contact information for caterers and other suppliers, as you coordinate more events it gets easier and you develop more skills.
Thank you. I agree with Mr. sattar mohamed.
Thanks for your invitation.
Thanks for your invitation.
I thought that the time is depend on the the kind of event, for example the time needed to establish quality management system in company x which have management system in all departments is different than company y which didn't have any systems, we can not determined the time for any event until we study the event.
I need not no more time, first i preparing period of estimate of our project , then i scheduled pre-planning for quality and prepared methodology of all works under the specification.i prepared all then i managed all related woks
thanks for invitation iam sorry on answer
Hi
The time or the time it takes to develop a plan or organize a task or a specific event within a specific area, it must pass through four stages
First, study phase and a site inspection and the work of testing and study of the causes and the work of a feasibility study and include the design process for the event or the plan and determine the objectives of the study to be undertaken and the work schedule unexpectedly and structure for the implementation of this plan or event or task status
Second, the implementation phase, which aims to transform the study or the plan to reality within a specific period of time and the development of manpower needed to implement the plan and take into account quality control during construction for optimal performance
Third, operational use or plan or event to make sure of the validity and integrity of the plan and through monitoring and daily and monthly follow-up reports and other follow-up tools Other
Fourth: the stage of maintenance and follow-up and the goal of this phase to make sure continuity work without any problems or obstacles after operation
