How do you explain your top three strengths and weaknesses?

1-  Simplicity and Accurate features 

2- High Qualifications & Experiences in the diverse specialties

3- My interest and desire to learn till end of my life

My top three weaknesses as :

1- My advanced age  after 60 years

2- Missing the work at the end of my career life

3- Limited resources to cover the family expenses

A common question in interviews, but the challenge is that human continues to evolve and thus its learning and shortcomings change all the time. 

So each time an interviewer asks me this question, I think whether I have evolved in a positive way or not.

My top three strengths are:

• Teamwork
• Commitment 
• Drive for result.

My top three weakness are;

• Going into detail and always pressed for time.
• Most of the time staying coming out of office a bit late (one hour)
• Always accept challenging task beyond call of duty.

It is noted that most of the interviewer ask this question as starting point and then goes to competency based interviewing questions i,e.

(1) Give me an example how you have shown you teamwork spirit   during last one year?

(2) How did you do that ......,

(3) what were that challenges and how did you overcome?

(4) Do you act in the same way in future in similar situations ?

My biggest three strengths are as follows: 

1. Enthusiasm: I have a big encouragement  and great motivation to complete my duties on time, like that performing of the job tasks and responsibilities at best satisfactory conditions and with relation to environment and economy. 

2. Creativity : I have excellent command in communication and leadership skills to deal with others of different cultures flexibly,and culturally literate and knowledgeable about power, energy, and culture of most countries.

3. Great meditation :on any mental thinking and their applied practical material methods 

To be honest, this question should be answered by my wife
