Well, the word PESTEL stands for Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal.

As the terminology suggests its mainly used to analyze the Marketing strategy which happens in any Organization. This Analysis is being used to trace the weakness or threats which may causes to the Organization. Based on this obtained PESTEL analysis, any Organization can conclude their business improvement and future strategic planning. This has to be undertaken on a regular basis as well.
