This is true when CEO and other officers use a team leadership manners to manage their organization and when they truly believe in such say, but it is not when they say it but did not apply it on the work place field
This is true in broader sense. It empowers the employee to speak up and to some extent these wording removes the curtain/barrier between the CEO and employees. This is two way process and must be practised by the employees and the CEO also. So, the wording " Employees are like my family" is true,
