Wouldn't it be great if companies add in their job description a point which states "Please Apply if you are Caring, Helpful, Positive, etc"?

job descriptions and offers usually stay within the formal terminology of the employer and industry. 

A job seeker can show this in his attitude in the interview or in his resume.  

rather than this you can pin it in company board with specific contacts

Its seems nice but can't comment more because you need to make it more specific.
