Every Employee and a Employer have different roles, they are as if tyres of a same vehicle, if any one is having problem then the vehicle cannot run.
There are many principles and manners where each and every employee should have few are given below.
1) Respect: Every employee should give respect to everyone where ever he/she is working,
he/she should also have great respect for the company/organization.
2) Honesty: Every employee should be honest where ever they are working and in every filed of
their life, one is honest to themselves they can be honest to every one.
3) Passion: Every Employee should have passion for their work they are doing, without passion
they cannot work for longer term.
4) Learner: Every Employee should think that they are in a learning stage which opens a way for
them learn , improve and explore themselves.
5) Growth: Every Employee should be focused always for the growth of themselves including their
co-workers and the company/organization they are working.
