When saying How imprtant is it means we still feel it is an important issue at least . To answer this question we should get in considiration the type of business we are running , in other words we should be familiar with the organizational chart to know is it impoertant or not since this type can be under another classifying which means no need to have this position if it is emegrated with another department. So no proffissional company works without relation officer but it might be obviously under a name of RELATION OFFICER or it might be gathered with a department regarding to the structure of the company.
