Responsible children become careless adults, careless children become responsible adults. Do you agree?

I don't agree with you, the culture usually built from childhood stage. Every single habit learned by a child during this time will hugely affect his future behavior. However, I agree that during the years child can change from their behaviors depending on several factors like the surrounding environment and the surrounding people.

This can't be said to every child who are responsible children become careless adult and careless children become responsible adult. 

We think most teens grow to become responsible and caring.  As we grow old our responsibilities and priorities are channelized properly. This all depends on the circumstance  we  grow. Our friend, family members neighbours, tutors and others all have a part in it.   

We find find this missing in our teenage  as weare cared by our parents .

Not Necessary, I think there are multiple factors could lead to such change in Children's behavior , which include *Parents - School - Friends - TV - Interests - etc..*
