What are the main factors determining the level of working capital requirements?

All currents assets such as cash, receivables, inventory.

And all current liabilities such as current payables, loans (bank and others) i.e; current portion.

Liquid or current assets which are currently owned by the company

Current liabilities which the company is currently

As a Matter of fact, I do believe that determining of "working Capital" is in need a deep analysis of the organization's " Operations Cycle Components" in terms of days, which mainly are :

!- Accounts Receivable Cycle.

2- Inventory Cycle.

3- Accounts Payable Cycle.
