Basis on the volume of employees and the size of the company its is a must to have a ER department to maintain the smooth balance between HR and Administration......and to motivate or understand employees
No,ER should be under HR department only
this HR function as this Department deals with all staff from date of joining till end of the contract
ER IS A SMALL UNIT OF HR DEPT IN MOST ORGANISATIONS AND IS ANSWERABLE TO MANAGER HR.
