What are the simple methods to calculate or determine Remaining Life Assessment (RLA) of Super Alloys (Cobalt and Nickel base) ?

I thnk simplest method to determine RLA of super alloys is through Metallography as it is cheap and quick but if we don't find any data in comparison with the Microstructure we find through SEM n Optical microscopy what we will do further.

And if we find the creep test of that material through research papers then how can they help us in determining the Remaining life ?

And if some one can send me the sample of RLA report it will be really helpful.
