When planning an expansion in the sales department, what should you consider and how do you determine if the expansion is executable?

Determine your current stress level (attention and focus  are require to see if the current business has potential to expand). Capacity to finance the expansion ( capital), And the availability of technology that can surely support  the expansion. Develop a new sale plan, and explore new market area. The plan could be executable if these factors of consideration followed and available.

to have a sales expansion  we need to consider :

1- Product or service  market  need / acceptance: 

2- Team readiness and capabilities: sometimes the team might delay any expansion if not trained well for such  step.

3- budget of investment to get the sales expansion results needed.

based on the above three points and some market statistics we put the marketing plan to execute the  sales expansion process . with right elements , management and  data all works
