HR influencing an employee can be positive and outcome assured when there is a clear passion through discussion and being highly empathetic - keeping the business objectives to secondary data points.

2}

Career influencing through tapping the "Grit" level of the employee makes immense and purposeful connect and overall impact.

 

3} Depending upon the context of discussion, transparency through expectations vs outcomes does carry more relevance to a quick absorption level by the employee.

 

4} "Spacing out"  time for the employee to assimilate the change, adjustments is critical to assure results to outcomes.

 

5} HR to ensure continual support, hand holding through such changes is necessary to assure outcomes.

 

6} Lastly, HR being sensitive through their good level of "presence of mind" and being common sensical is very much a demand to best outcomes.
