What are some techniques or concepts that I can implement at a factory to increase production and make it more efficient?

First thing is discipline.

Motivation By appreciating Smart/Good work.

By reducing communication gap between superiors and sub-ordinates.

By Controlling Rejection.

By understanding and improving skills of employees.

By planning for day to day target.

In the production area or a factory there is an  SOP in every station.

Every station has an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to follow.

Thus everyone is entitled to follow the SOP to have a very smooth production flow,

no more NG(No good )products and having a high quality products and delivered it on time to the costumer.
