Prepare a detail Expenses statement for last six months and identify the real blips in the cost. Such as courier, travel, petrol, flights, laundry, odd jobs, kitchen etc. Look around to use the wholesale purchasing of product and services from one vendor to save cost. Need to negotiate with the service/product providers and ask for extra post sale maintenance for2/3 years.
