What is more important to get hired, qualification or creativity?

According to my opinion Creativity is much more important because these days every one has the minimum qualification.If the company doesn't has creative employees then it would obviously may lead to downfall of the company.

It is a tricky question because, the first could depend on the other and opposite. They can even function separately with a good leader.... so, finally, it does depend on management / employer and their needs / visions and plans. I think market will always need both.

Both things are necessary but creativity is important because its measure your mind capabilities but education or qualification is the key of success and develop confidence level.

Well the most important things to get hired is your experience of the job you are seeking/applying followed by your qualifications and training because the employers will look for the applicants who can perform the job well and useful for the organization.

Creativity will not help you get hired, Qualification will.

That depends on the sector. If it is related to workplace safety then qualifications are first. If it is related to design or similar then creativity becomes essential as you can learn the skill sets along the way. 

It is a good question to make anyone in the comparison and preferring between two important things for the hiring.  I think  at the starting of the hiring need specific qualifications to be accepted in the employment and then creativity will be essential to continue the success in the new job.

Both things are important qualification and creativity.

Qualification just makes you to overcome the requirements from some employers to get in to hiring zone, but end of the day creativity is the utmost thing that one should have in order to serve the purpose of an employer to hire you and fetch them more profit by delivering quality.
