career path is rarely a path at all. A more interesting life is usual a more crooked, winding path of missteps, luck and vigorous work. It is almost always a clumsy balance between the things you try to make happen and the things that happen to you!

·        If you are passionate about what you are doing.

·        If you don't feel it as a duty but as if you are doing for charity while you are paid.

·        If you feel you have mastered your job and you can answer any questions from anywhere.

·        If you got salary increments, promotions, award, appreciations, etc.

Review and ask yourself:

If you are passionate about what you are doing and that you look forward to going to work.

If new opportunities excite you. Does this job offer seem interesting and/or challenging?

If your job offers good career development opportunities?

What is most significant in the job and in your career?

How do you describe success?

How does your career contribute in the kind of life you lead and in the future?

What are your plans for the next 5 years

It is also good to concentrate and keep in mind ones requirements, abilities, motivations and what one willing to do or give up to find that particular career path.
