For a successful man what should be the priority, Wealth, Humanity, Position, Ethics or something else?

A successful life start with goals and discipline to create achievements so for success I think efficient plan with smart goals and strategic mapping for which to do first s the way to gain everything 

Dear SIr,

                 As per me, Humanity along with time management and good  commitment is needs for a good man. And for a successful man, we need to look for our improvement in wealth section. hence, as a overall, first priority is time management, secondly we need good commitment and finally a good business planning for  wealth improvement which together can stand u as good human being with position and all u need.
