security and safety should be implement in business. It shouyld be done in always. Security personnel should have maximum tolerance in  any manner.

Safety and Security should be the top priority for all businesses.   Businesses in Hospitality specially hotel industry .. how many are security certified?  How is your staff trained in an event of a hostage situation,  or how effective is your management to deal and take care of your guest in an event when a fire alarm goes off at 4 AM.  How are you assisting any sick guest?   specially if they have to climb down 25 floors.
