I enjoy working in a team environment, and I get along well with people. In my past work experience, I implemented a system to help organize the communication between my coworkers to enhance our productivity as a team. I believe that I have a lot to contribute to a team environment, and am comfortable in both leadership and player roles. I'm outgoing, friendly, and have strong communication skills
Good & increases skills.
انا عشان متحمسه جدااااااااااااااااا بحس ان العمل الجماعي بيظلمني لان الناس القديمه بتتكل عليا في مهام كتيره معتمدين علي حماسي وسني الصغير
This feeling has two possibilities:
First: a mutual feeling, and this would make me feel my presence within the new family.
Second: feeling is not mutual, and this will make me feel like I am in a place where I am not belong and therefore I do not want to co-exist, but I have to trying to fix it in the first.
I feel we are family, the task at hand is shared and thus it becomes less burdensome. It is fun but used with the proper control it brings phenomenal results.
Working in teams can create both benefits and challenges for the individual and the organization For the individual, working in teams can: Make you more marketable - employers want team players, Help you develop communication, negotiation and problem solving skills, Enable you to share ideas, Expose you to different ideas and ways of working, Be more enjoyable - we all like to "belong".
Working in a team environment I understand the importance of aligning my personal goals to the team goals to achieve the team target. I should do and overdo my target so that it negates the impact of any member who may have fallen sick. In a football mach all the players cannot score the goal but they certainly give the critical assistance to the scorer to score the goal. It is very important to be a strong link in the chain.
I work well within a team enviroment and as an individual. Here are some advantages to working in a team/group environment:
1. Increased productivity and performance: groups that work well together can achieve much more than individuals working on their own. A broader range of skills can be applied to practical activities and sharing and discussing ideas can play a pivotal role in deepening your understanding of a particular subject area.
2. Skills development: being part of a team will help you develop your interpersonal skills such as speaking and listening as well as team working skills such as leadership, and working with and motivating others. Some of these skills will be useful throughout your academic career and all are valued by employers.
3. Knowing more about yourself: collaborating with others will help identify your own strengths and weaknesses (for example, you may be a better leader than listener, or you might be good at coming up with the 'big ideas' but not so good at putting them into action). Enhanced self-awareness will both help your approach to learning and will be invaluable.
I hope this helps. Some Benefits of Teamwork
