What are the recruitment process steps in UAE to hire IT / Software employee, how much time does it take?

The steps followed for hiring are largely similar for any type of employee. It begins with the preparation and approval of the Annual Hiring Plan followed by charting of the Manpower Histogram - which depicts which resource is required during which month of the year. Based on the requirement, the company starts the recruitment process - either using internal recruiters or by partnering with external recruitment agencies like Randstad, Adecco, Robert Half, Manpower, etc. Try routing your application through one of these agencies in UAE.

Currently we are beginning of the year and budget for hire not yet establish for most of companies.

Process it depends on companies function    

After acceptance of Offer,  they will apply your visa to the immigration which will take maximum 4 working days to get approved.  Once done,  they can schedule your joining flight..

That was during my time in UAE.  I am not sure of the current process.
