How to make a weekend day as the most productive day of the week?

Have a day or two of rest.

Don't think about work or the pressures of deadlines and expectorations. Relax. Breath. Do what you enjoy. You will find that this will ensure your work week is more productive. And you wont burnout and please - ensure you enjoy life, and family. Family time is important !

Planning your day should be the lats thing you do when leaving the office so that when the next day starts you know what to start with. Make reservations for those adhoc tasks as well

To make the weekend more activity should be encouraged employee and stimulated by increasing pay or other compensation holiday after the completion of the work program, but this method is not feasible with the passage of time
