For recruitment here are the available personality test and intelligence test:

1. For non-language test (abstract) - You may use Purdue Non Language Test (PNLT). We normally use it in getting applicant's IQ.

2. For non-projective Personality Test - You may use Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS)

3. You may also use Sacks Sentence Completion Test (SSCT). 

4. For Industrial purpose, we are using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). This assessment has helped employees to gain insights about themselves and how they interact with others.
