(1) A leader is usually compansionate, empathetic & generous since thay are elected by peopl/team which isn't the case for a boss. (2) A boss commands & demands respect & sometimes even when its not due to them while a leader will humbly & politely accept whats due to them as far respect is concerned.
(3) A leader is usually calm, polite & reserved while a boss may be tyrannical, rude or dictactor.
(4) A leader leads by example while a boss just commands & directs to get things done.
(5) A leader embarks on relationship building which isn't the case with bosses who are only concerned with work done.
