being a teacher it is our responsibility and expertise to impart knowledge and skills at the same time to our students. Since our students look up to us because of what we know, our attitude as a teacher or as a person is something that the students seen on us.So the best way to impart the right attitude to your students we have to walk our talk to our students.

a teacher must be a good role model to the learners in order for them to realize that a teacher is there not only to educate them for a certain subject matter but also to build a good relationship with everyone and help them to develop whatever skills they have
It is a difficult case. Anyone can impart knowledge and skill at the same time to the learners but part of attitude is a bit complicated. Assuming learners as learners and they do not have proper knowledge, will make instructor pre-determined and biased. The major role of the instructor is to be as much honest as learners know something but s/he need to elaborate the particular fact in front of them. This can be achieved by developing interpersonal quality and strong moral base of the instructor. The role of the instructor may not be limited to dissipate the knowledge only, in contrast, s/he need to show good attitudinal behavior along with multidimensional probability. Learners sometime find their instructor as role model, hence, instructor need to be always cautious about professionalism, ethical neutrality and naturalism. The associated performance of the instructor can be gained with the help of good/sufficient resource materials, demonstration, presentation and clear objectivity. The attitudinal part can be imparted by the explanation of both merits and demerits (haves and haves not) of skill and knowledge that is about to shared. More the benefits are explained and exposed, more will learners be enthusiastic to learn and develop themselves.
