Is 6 days working week beneficial for the employers?

I depends upon the nature of the work: I prefer 5 days a week, for humans continuous working doesn't help them to be more productive, If given a break than they can back with more enthusiasm.

It depends on the nature of work. If it is a service industry or manufacturing industry then all seven working days are required.

For me personally no. I have a family so I would require a few hours with the kids so that I have a sound mind when I need to work. This is where the I think balancing work and home is required so that I do not have a side that is lacking
