Crossing arms is a big NO, NO whether you are being interviewed by big recruiters or not. (why?) It shows disrespect and could add negative impressions to the interviewer. There are some nationalities that crossing arms is just a norm, no big deal, and to other nationalities when you cross arms they might think of you as an arrogant. So rule of the thumb, never ever do it.

Sir I do not think it is the correct body language. You are telling the interviewer that you are not open to whatever the interviewer says. It is better putting tour hands on your feet. That would mean you have an open mind.
