Yes, it was very difficult for me at the very beginning of my work, because I spent a lot of time on people who were just interested in details. In the end, I was out of luck. 1. I believe that Real Estate companies does not focus on the Marketing Mix, which, in-turn, most of their tenants do. A need to have a feasibility study on the demographics etc should be carried out by the Real Estate companies irrespective of the nature of the property - Commercial or Residential.
2. Marketing campaign with focus on facilities and services offered should be rolled-out way in advance rather near the completion date. In most of the cases it's Pricing.
3. Last and the most important is addressing queries of Customers, People interested etc by organizing Webinars, Seminars and one-to-one interactions etc to with the confidence of people.
An innovative approach or doing same things in an innovative manner is the success mantra for Real Estate Companies.

- Direct consumer meets at good venues could be conducted to explain the upcoming project in detail to existing satisfied customers of the brand and they could be requested to bring a friend/colleague along. Positive word of mouth from these 1-to-1 interactions, as someone has mentioned, goes a long way in establishing trust.
- Digital campaigns targeting the right consumers (basis demographics) done (especially via FB, LinkedIn, Youtube video ads or emailers) could include testimonials from existing consumers basis financial gains they have enjoyed, smooth purchase process they went through, and as mentioned above, the additional amenities and services that they use etc. Of course, a coming soon messaging for the upcoming project should be a part of the overall campaign. The next phases of the digital campaign could then talk about the upcoming project and everything that it offers.
- Other innovations could include organizing interactive mall activations, which include family activities, games etc. with a small section for project pitch, brochure distribution, data collection etc.
Ensure your website is optimized for mobile devices. Your ability to reach and attract more potential tenants, brokers and investors increasingly hinges on the user experience of the website displayed on their device. Remember that more than 13% of CRE visits are from mobile devices. In order to communicate your brand and services effectively, it is crucial that your site is optimized for all platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) and devices (desktop, smartphone, tablet).

In order to raise the Market of Real Estate Commodity ,you need to be selfish ,strong and cheap .If there is a recession in Real Estate Market, promotion and development are insufficient strategies to get back on track. First and Foremost matter is to straighten the Height of Collateral and Obligations incurred due to Corporate Owners wrong decisions and carelessness . Second is to invest in Human Development Programs so that you could enhance the Education System at affordable rate of price .Third ,invite Investors who could promote and run Adult Entertainment Industries or Activities on Soft Law Policy Instrument .Fourth , substitute a strict cap on High Level of Corruption, Fraud and Economic-Terrorism . Fifth ,control on the inflating rate of price on daily use commodities and substitutes .Sixth for GCC only , start buying Spin Offs of Oil Companies and Banks rather than investing in the Shares . Seventh ,seek out for best Economic Agents and use it for Real Estate Economics Industry . The Eighth , promote the tourism industry and invite Foreign Investment Industry and Institution Owners to participate in the Economic Development Programs.
The Last , drop down the Visa Policy based on strict Rules and invite Semi-Skilled and Skilled Workers and grow them so that they could invite more Unskilled Workers for training .The Unskilled Workers shall be under constant screening unless he /she should improve its Quality of Performance .The Unskilled Workers are untried team of machine ,which is idle and ready to try burden of work .There must be Soft Policy for Unskilled Workers based on Opportunity ,if any of the Unskilled Worker wants to grow his Knowledge and willing to grow in the Field ,must give him Education at Affordable rate where is no HR Economical Policy become barriers in his / her way of life . ..I dont know how Management takes it the Unskilled Criteria ,but they are still far away ahead to learn the Metrics of Human Behavior .
No matter, even if you bring better concepts in the field of Marketing Real Estate of GCC,you may continually hit by the recession in the Business . Pick a Model first ,read through and make a Rich Picture / Brainstorming and start generating story line. Now see ,Which country is notorious for visiting country to country in quest of Resettlement and many other immigration issues . Target the Audience ,search for their Taste and Preference through Business Intelligence Techniques and wait for the Reply as set in accordance with your Strategy .You could use the Data to find the Demographic tools to target your Audiences you are willing to invite for Customer Growth. Make a Business Plan and show them Trust for a Comfort and Secure life in GCC .You should have a good Graphic Designer to attract the Target Customers .
Marketing is the nerve of any business , but in the real estate field the success of this concept depend for more Complement elements , as the place of property , environment , services , Raw materials used in the real estate, Design , Finishing .
the Marketing here depend on the proofs , and without this Integration between these elements Marketing will not succeed , Marketing is very important to attract Customers to come for your location but if this elements are not attractive will be lose your customers . that mean the success of Marketing will be efficiency and effective if the Elements that I mentioned earlier is attractive.
