Is it true that if you form a good relationship with a customer, they will deal with your company strictly because of your good relationship?

Not necessarily, customers buy for various reasons "friendship" inclusive for instance quality, packaging, branding, durability, availability, attachment of prescriptions, beauty, display, multipurpose products etc. However the company stands a greater chance to make sale & further sales (repeat/ loyal customer) from this customer because of the relationship between their employee & customer.Thanx for the invitation

Yes, but not always. Customers make their purchasing decisions based numerous factors. But a healthy relationship surely affects his/her purchasing decisions most of the time.
