What will you do as a manager, if you find a sudden emergency situation (i.e. earthquake, building collapse etc.) while you are in-charge?

For any such disaster situation, Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Contingency Plan should be invoked and followed.

Create a contingency plan for every emergency situations and have it reflected in a flowchart for quick understanding. Post it or mail it to all employees. This will be the guide during emergency situations. All employees must know what to do during emergency and not the manager giving instructions to each during emergency. The manager can delegate a focal person during emergency.
