1.   Leaders learn and understand his role as a guide 

2.   Leaders capture people’s heart and focus on people’s growth.

3.   Leaders get the things done through commitment of people by stoking a fire within people’s heart.

A Leader is one who should work for the overall development of his team members.

A Leader should be able to tackle the team without hurting their emotions.

A Leader should always motivate the team members, motivation is  the key tool which should be used

 in an every way of life.

A Leader usually have many followers, so he should be always present himself in an most appropriate an dignify manner.

If ones heart is good you love others, If ones tongue is good than every one loves you, So, A Leader should always use his good and very effective means of communications. 

We can write a book of this.
