As a procuremet, which one you should consider first the quality of the product or the good price but less quality?

Best price for acceptable quality.

I always look for quality then the price, but the end user think price first!

Quality then price. Quality should not be compromised.

this concept is different between companies, some of them don't sacrifice in his name  as have had a big name and more loyality from customers, like this company the quality is at first is not choice , Some companies is seeking quick profit on the expense of quality without regard to customer loyalty, and these break down quickly.

of course for Quality..Eg- We wont eat bad foods because of its less price..
