God gifted some abilities to oneself, and on an individual level, one can recognize those gifts and improve and polish their skills with education, knowledge, and training.

I don't agree or disagree. Some people are born gifted and talented, however; any talent or gift requires practice in order for it to grow and develop and would require refining in order for it to improve and be maintained.

I do agree with that statement above. sometimes i believe that man is born with the talent or genetic of each that God has bestowed before birth.I think that talent exists but not only that which affects the achievement of great men in this world. everybody has their own choice to be what they want to be.

I'm Sure as good as any talent someone have, if never trained will be nothing, otherwise, despite someone who having no talent but he have a great spirit with diligent practice, one day he will be able to master it.

I agree, because anybody that is successful at anything can attest to working hard at honing their skills. This may include sleepest nights, struggles and major set backs, but still pushing through to accomplish their ultimate goal. It's the old adage all over again "practice makes perfect," and this after training hard at getting it right, then following through with practice.

I agree, and I also believe some people are gifted with a special trait.  However so, we can all learn from eachother.

Honing talent is required for all, irrespective of who an individual is. As a child is born, they all have same level of intelligence, it is the foundation that helps to achieve greater abilities. With hardwork comes experience, but experience can outdate if not kept upto date with new technology and developments.

The simple story of two lumberjack explains the statement above and the need to sharpen ones skills from time to time.
