When given myself exposed to the real world in terms of employment. I can really say based on my experience that the personality, behavior or conducto f the trainees/training process of a trainers have a great impact. Because it shows how professional the trainer was, how knowledgeable he was regarding the topic he is discusiing for we all know that we as a trainee would like to gain more information and knowlege that we can use in the future .
And when it comes to the personality and behaviour of the trainer it has really the great impact because some topic maybe address with full emphasis and some topic needed a well profound delivery to easily convey to the trainees in the most eaasy way they could understand and in addition the on how the trainer treat the trainees and in other words for the trainees to really involve themselves in the conversation in the training so that they will really fully understood and learned.
Sometimes what I found that some trainer personalities have / had more impact then the training they are delivering or delivered in a positive sense.
Some times we found them to be life coaches who can change the lives of the people they are training.
Yes the personality, behavior and conduct of trainers do matter sometime more than the training they are delivering.
It depend on the trainer's reaction if he is good, dynamic, capable I think that will affect the contribution of trainees as his strong personality and flixible behavior will make thier tention of how to get more information of him and to try to imitate him.
Trainer do play a vital role as an example to the audience, the impact is a great output to change someone life by focusing and applying it into daily life or work.

Partially agreed but completely, it is not true, trainer are one who trains, trainers have well define procedure and they have to follow the procedures, so the most important thing for the trainer is their experience which impacts more on trainess.
Every trainer has impact on his training so also on the ones that get the trainer. An uninspired trainer will have more problems of delibvering a mesage then a motivated trainer who believes in his subject. That counts for short term training but also for teachers in eduction settings!!

Yes. A trainer has to have impact from ever session because a trainer should learn a lot from the trainees and read the pulse of the session. Training program is more about knowledge sharing my building rapport mutually. Constant feedback is highly effective mutually
I believe, your first impression is due to your appearance, dressing sense, etc.
Hence personality is a major factor in training process to estaablish connection, and reliability between trainer & trainee.
But during the training process, if the training content are not good or not conducted properly, then personality or behavior wont be of any help.
