YouTube is the best teacher. There are plenty of tutorials available in the site. I would recommend you to start from an easy software - Solidedge. The features in this software is comparatively less. Once you're comfortable with this software, move to tougher softwares like Catia, Solidworks, Creo, Autodesk Inventor. The basics of all the softwares is the same. The way you use the commands, the availability of features differs.
The best way is to be self taught. You learn at your own pace and you never stop learning if you're motivated like I am. When I'm not working, I am always watching tutorials and VFX Breakdowns.
First of all, choose a good software to learn on that has all the features you will need in the future. I don't recommend using simple, low-feature tools like Sketchup because you will quickly outgrow them and start over learning a new software. If you want to create accurate 3D models for engineering, inventing, or high-accuracy simulations, try Inventor, Solidworks, Autocad, or Catia. However, if you want to make models for movies, video games, and special effects, then choose 3DS Max, Maya, Modo, Cinema 4D, Blender, Rhino, or Lightwave. These are complete packages that can do almost everything.
maybe udemy
i tried this e-learning site with after effect motion graphics and i think it was better than many other methods to learn
especially if you have the passion
